ABOUT TOM
Tom, an executive coach, and consultant, brings over 30 years of experience and a strong history of achievement in all sizes of organizations. Tom has a successful track record of strategic planning and developing new initiatives with efficient systems and structure. In addition, Tom has a huge heart for helping leaders and teams unlock their potential. Tom is StratOp, Strength Finders, and Six Types of Working Genius certified to help you achieve your goals and create an effective strategy to help you grow your team and business, Church, or non-profit.

Tom has been married to his high school sweetheart for 33 years. Tom and Tricia love cheering on their family, which consists of a son and daughter-in-law, a daughter and son-in-law, and five amazing grandchildren. Tom is an avid Michigan Wolverines fan and golfer and loves action movies.
